

Laurence J. Steudle: President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Steudle has spent over thirty years in healthcare management. He most recently served as President/COO of HealthView Services Corp., the diagnostic imaging affiliate of MDI, a medical device company developing innovative CT and other imaging equipment. He has considerable experience in successfully growing and managing national healthcare systems.
Prior to Health View, Mr. Steudle was President of SunHealth Specialty Hospitals, the acute care division of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. (NYSE).
Additionally, Mr. Steudle served as President and COO of CareUnit Inc., and Senior Vice President and COO of RehabCare wholly owned behavioral and rehabilitation subsidiaries of Comprehensive Care Corporation (NYSE), and the largest provider of contract managed clinical services in the U.S.
Mr. Steudle is a former board member of the California Healthcare Association's (CHA) Center for Mental Health & Chemical Dependency, and of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. He received a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Chapman University and completed the Executive Program of the Yale School of Management.
M. Kenneth Oboz: Vice President, General Counsel
Mr. Oboz has been a senior executive, attorney, consultant, and lobbyist in the healthcare industry for the last 35 years. He has gained a national reputation for developing business and marketing strategies for emerging health companies as well as developing successful communication and lobbying strategies for the healthcare industry's legislative campaigns. Mr. Oboz most recently served as Senior Vice President of Health, Technologies and Wellness, Inc., where he was responsible for strategic planning and business development. He also served as a consultant to its affiliate, MDI, a medical device company developing innovative CT and other imaging equipment.
Mr. Oboz began his career at The Prudential Insurance Company of America in 1966 where he was a principal participant in the development of the company's managed care business, PruCare. He later served as PruCare's first General Counsel.
Mr. Oboz has served as a senior consultant to the Healthcare Leadership Council, a health industry trade group representing CEOs of major healthcare companies, and as an advisor to Emergency Filtration Products, Inc. He received a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University and a J.D. from Temple University, where he graduated first in his class.
James F. Rogers: Vice President, Marketing and Strategy
Since joining MediPhysics in September 2002, Mr. Rogers has been responsible for MediPhysics' FDA clearance program and clinical trials. He has also led the development of the Company's marketing strategies.
For most of his career Mr. Rogers was a consultant specializing in business strategy and profitable growth. As Vice President at A. T. Kearney and Senior Partner at Marketing Corporation of America he served a broad range of clients both in the U.S. and abroad. His consulting experience includes healthcare, high-tech, start-up and new business/product development situations.
Prior to MediPhysics, Mr. Rogers was the Vice President of Marketing for the Lincoln Mercury division of Ford Motor Company (1996 to 2001), and then the Marketing Strategy Manager for Ford's premium brands, the Premier Automotive Group. While at Lincoln Mercury he was awarded "Marketer of the Year" by Brandweek magazine in recognition of his accomplishments.
Mr. Rogers received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
Daniel H. Schumann: Vice President, Product Development and Manufacturing
Since joining MediPhysics in September 2002, Mr. Schumann has been responsible for the development of the MPTS Model 100, MediPhysics' first production product. He oversees all day-to-day design and development activities and is working with MediPhysics' contract manufacturer to prepare for the Model 100's production ramp-up and subsequent rollout. He has also led all FDA-mandated safety testing and validation.
Prior to MediPhysics Mr. Schumann was the Product Manager of the Jaguar S-Type at Jaguar Cars, where he oversaw Product Development, Manufacturing, and Marketing of the S-Type for the US, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to Jaguar he worked at the Ford Motor Company where he was a Product Development Engineer on Ford's Electric Vehicle and F-Series Truck programs, and a Manufacturing Engineer on the Taurus program at Ford's Chicago Assembly Plant. While at Ford, he was awarded the Ford Advanced Education Fellowship and the 1995 Product Development Quality Award.
Mr. Schumann is a board member of the Merit Gear Corporation and is a Senior Member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University, and both an M.B.A. and a Masters in Engineering Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Lawrence W. Sarokin: Vice President, Sales and Communications
During the past two years at MediPhysics, Mr. Sarokin has developed a national rollout plan for the MPTS. In addition, he chairs the MediPhysics Quality Committee, a FDA mandated quality assurance committee that is responsible for ensuring MPCA meets all FDA and state guidelines for quality, safety and efficacy.
Prior to MediPhysics, Mr. Sarokin was CEO of DeskClick, an e-commerce technology company that developed "instant-fulfillment" ordering software for the Internet. Prior to DeskClick he served as Vice President of Marketing and later Vice President of Franchising for the La Salsa restaurant chain where he was instrumental in the growth of the company from eight to one hundred restaurants.
Mr. Sarokin has a B.A. in Economics from Brooklyn College and attended the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Debra J. Sarokin: Vice President, Human Resources and Administration
Since joining MediPhysics in 2002, Ms. Sarokin has developed the human resources, administrative and accounting functions for the company. In addition, she has written the MPTS' User Guide and has developed the MPTS' training program.
Prior to joining MediPhysics Ms. Sarokin was a principal in and founder of the management consulting firm, DaCosta Sarokin. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Human Resources for the La Salsa national restaurant chain where she was responsible for all administrative and compliance functions for the company. She also developed and wrote all training programs, company manuals and paperwork systems. Prior to La Salsa she was the first Director of Operations for the California Pizza Kitchen chain and developed many of their foundational systems.
Ms. Sarokin is fluent in Spanish and French, and has both a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in French Literature from UCLA.
